1. Arrange Timely Delivery
Plan your delivery for a day you can lay turf straight away. Fresh turf should be laid within 24 hours of delivery for best results.
2. Prepare the Ground (Before Delivery)
Clear weeds and debris, level the area, firm the soil and rake smooth so turf can be laid immediately on arrival.
3. Be Careful When Installing
Handle rolls carefully, avoid dragging turf, and lay tightly together without stretching. Press down firmly to remove air gaps.
4. Keep Moist After Laying (Especially in Summer)
Water thoroughly after laying and keep turf constantly moist while roots establish. In hot or dry weather, check moisture daily.
5. Keep Off While Establishing
Avoid walking on new turf for 2–3 weeks. Use pressure boards if access is needed to prevent sinking and root damage.
6. First Mow – Set Blades High
Once rooted (around 3 weeks), mow for the first time with blades set high. Never cut more than one-third of the grass height.
7. Enjoy Your Garden
With the right care, your new lawn will quickly establish into a healthy, lush green space.
